“We know how important achieving a resilient heat system is to the Scottish Government, and certainly exhibitors and speakers are showing determination to achieve an affordable low carbon heat system for households, organisations and industry; and are eager to seize the economic opportunities that this transformation offers,” explains All-Energy Event Director, Jonathan Heastie of organisers Reed Exhibitions. “Our new heat zone in the exhibition has attracted nearly 30 exhibiting organisations; and others are elsewhere in the exhibition, and all easily found thanks to our ‘Heat Visitor Trail’. These trails, accessible in advance via our website or the All-Energy App; and at the show with dedicated “route maps” aim to easily link exhibitors and visitors.

Our heat zone participants read like a true “who’s who” of the heating industry and include: 2G Energy; 42 Technology; Aalborg Energie Technik; Agtec; Clarke Energy; the Danish Board of District Heating (with Logstor, Kamstrup, Ramboll and Weiss); Dunster Biomass Heating; Fortis; Harpers CHP; Hevac; HWEnergy; James Hutton; Lark Energy; SAV Systems; Soltropy; Spanner RE2 GmbH; Star Renewable Energy (with WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff and Scottish Gas); SUPERGEN Bioenergy Hub; Treco; Uniconfort; West Coast Woodfuels; and Wilo.

“One of the most eye-catching of exhibits on the exhibition showfloor will be what is believed to be the largest UK 65C air source heatpump, measuring over 8m long, and being exhibited by Scottish-based Star Renewable Energy, with WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff and Scottish Gas. It will produce enough heat for 350 flats whilst warm enough to allow radiators to be used.
